POUND® is inspired by the infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. These exercise classes, for all fitness levels, transform drumming into an effective workout that combines cardio, conditioning, endurance, coordination, agility and strength training.

What is a Pound exercise class?

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Does Pound workout really work?

In a 45 minute long session each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time.

How many squats in a Pound fitness class?

We do around 700-800 squats and lunges together in a 45 minute long session.

How many calories are burned in a Pound class?

It really depends on the individual (weight, age etc...) Anywhere between 250Kcal-600Kcal in a 45 minute long session.

What are Ripstix?

Ripstix are lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.

What you'll need in classes:

- a mat

- comfortable sportswear and trainers (or you can be barefoot)

- water to drink

How much does a Pound class cost?

Monthly subscription is £19  - which includes one Pound live session per week.
