Sculpt is part of the Friday Surprise series, it incorporates yoga and Pilates moves. Sculpt is a 100% low impact class using a big variety of props. Hand weights and resistance bands will not only create a maximum calorie-burning effect, but will also make every single session different, so you won't lose motivation. Enhance your core strength and tone your body in these short 30 minutes sessions. All fitness levels are welcome, you can participate in class without props as well.
